近日國(guó)際房地產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)（International Property Awards）公布了亞太賽區(qū)的評(píng)選結(jié)果，在眾多頂尖外資事務(wù)所設(shè)計(jì)的商辦項(xiàng)目中，由我司主持的南京雨花世茂智匯園&52+ Mini Mall 項(xiàng)目榮獲了混合建筑優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)（Mixed-use Achitecture Award Winner ）。本屆頒獎(jiǎng)典禮將于9月在曼谷舉行，并將角逐最終亞太最佳，敬請(qǐng)期待。

國(guó)際房地產(chǎn)獎(jiǎng)面向全球的住宅和商業(yè)地產(chǎn)專業(yè)人士，是世界知名的建筑獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。該獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)分為非洲，亞太地區(qū)，阿拉伯，加拿大，加勒比海，南美洲，歐洲，英國(guó)和美國(guó)，并由經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)作為評(píng)委，這些團(tuán)隊(duì)涵蓋了房地產(chǎn)的所有領(lǐng)域。

The Asia Pacific Property Awards Announced the award winners, Among the commercial projects designed by many top foreign firms, our project 52+ Mini Mall won the Mixed-use Achitecture Award Winner.This awards ceremony will be held in Bangkok in September, and will compete for 5 stars awards. The awards are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, UK and USA. Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by a highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines.

智匯園&52+Mini Mall

本案位于南京市中國(guó)軟件名城的中心區(qū)，緊鄰軟件大道新城聯(lián)系軸，是連接軟件谷老城區(qū)與新城區(qū)的核心板塊。

項(xiàng)目功能具有多重屬性，包括購(gòu)物中心、高層辦公、花園辦公等。規(guī)劃強(qiáng)調(diào)各功能組成部分在同一個(gè)系統(tǒng)中共存，不同功能之間的相互助益使得城市綜合體在一定范圍內(nèi)自給自足，成為城市生活的縮影。

The site is located in the center of the Chinese Software City --- Nanjing. It is adjacent to the linkage axis of the new towns alongside Ruanjian Avenue, which will become a core block connecting the old towns with the new towns in Software Valley.

This is a multifunctional construction, involving a shopping center, high rise offices, garden offices, etc. The planning emphasizes that all the functions should co-exist in one system, and the mutual cooperation among the different functions should allow the complex to meet its own needs to some extent, making it a miniature of city life.

建筑師注重城市空間的分析，使城市綜合體延續(xù)軟件谷的城市肌理，形成連續(xù)的城市文脈。內(nèi)向型的空間布局，通過各種資源的向心集聚效應(yīng)吸引更多的城市要素，并對(duì)周邊產(chǎn)生輻射效應(yīng)。利用邊界的柔化、通透來(lái)暗示空間的可接近性和內(nèi)部活動(dòng)的開放性，展現(xiàn)出其包容感與互動(dòng)性。

Architects pay attention to analyzing urban space, allowing this complex to inherit and develop the urban texture in Software Valley while forming a continuous urban context. Through its interior spatial layout, more urban elements will be attracted here because of the attractive and accumulative effects of its various resources. In addition, it will radiate these effects on to its periphery. The architects want to take advantage of softened and transparent boundaries to imply the accessibility of the space and the openness of its internal activities, expressing the inclusiveness and interactivity of the construction.

為契合軟件谷的主體氛圍，高層建筑以豎向線條強(qiáng)調(diào)科技網(wǎng)絡(luò)的交互感，商業(yè)形體的橫向延展則呼應(yīng)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)的流暢感。結(jié)合云智能、摩斯碼、源代碼等不同的景觀節(jié)點(diǎn)，形成一個(gè)連續(xù)的、具有故事性和體驗(yàn)性的科技流云主題公園。

The main entrance of Mini Mall is a magic LED that emphasizes the wholeness of the outline of a glass box and, at the same time, guarantees the transparency of the interior space. The main materials of the facade are three-dimensional corrugated aluminum sheets and beige granite (litchi surface). The splicing of different materials and the ensuing color combination with visual impact form a building surface with scientific and technological dynamism.

亞太地產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)隸屬于國(guó)際房地產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)，已有27年歷史，包括45個(gè)不同住宅及商業(yè)類別。由90多位行業(yè)專家組成的獨(dú)立小組進(jìn)行評(píng)選，評(píng)審團(tuán)由英國(guó)上議院議員Caithness 爵士，Best 爵士，Waverley爵士共同主持。評(píng)審的重點(diǎn)是設(shè)計(jì)，質(zhì)量，服務(wù)，創(chuàng)新，獨(dú)創(chuàng)性以及設(shè)計(jì)的可持續(xù)性。

每個(gè)地區(qū)的最佳優(yōu)勝者將自動(dòng)進(jìn)入國(guó)際大獎(jiǎng)的評(píng)選，并于12月在倫敦Savoy Hotel角逐全球最高獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。

The Asia Pacific Property Awards belongs to the International Property Awards,The Awards are in their 27th year and cover over 45 different residential and commercial categories. They are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts. The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, and Lord Waverley, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.

The top winners in each region will automatically be entered in to the overall international awards, culminating in a glittering awards ceremony, held at the Savoy Hotel London in December.
